  • What can I expect during the interview process?

    We deliver a personalized and high-touch recruitment experience and guarantee a 100% candidate response rate. After a thorough review of all applications, qualified candidates will move through a two-step screening process with the CSA: a phone introduction and a video interview. If invited to interview with our client, we’ll provide transparency and prep support throughout the process. As you near the offer stage, we’ll conduct reference checks. Once hired, we continue to stay in touch with you during your onboarding and beyond.

  • How do I apply for a fractional opportunity?

    Fractional Chief of Staff opportunities are available to The Chief of Staff Association's team of Chief of Staff consultants. If you are interested in becoming a consultant on our team, we open our roster quarterly, and the role will be posted on our careers page.
